The broadcast explains the specific steps the People will take to stem the flow of tax money into Washington to force the government to answer the formal petitions regarding the Constitutional violations of the war powers clauses, the federal income tax fraud, the privately owned Federal Reserve and the rights-depriving "USA Patriot Act".

Technology experts have established that internet transmission of the initial broadcast was deliberately impaired and eventually cut-off due to the controversial content and potential impact of this message upon those that might see it.
